The NSW Labor leader is on a mission to stop pork-barrelling, with the introduction of a new bill.

The bill would establish new government grant guidelines to ensure they are distributed as fairly and equitably as possible.

Chris Minns told Ben Fordham pork-barrelling has become normalised.

“It’s not the NSW Liberals and National’s personal piggy bank, it’s the taxpayer of NSW who’s giving these funds … it needs to be spent fairly.”
