NSW Minister for Music and Night-time Economy, John Graham, has commented on the recent proposal regarding nightclub bouncers.

He clarified that the proposal doesn’t involve entirely removing security personnel. Instead, there will be a trial where they collaborate in specific precincts to improve safety.

The initiative is said to be beneficial for smaller, low-risk venues that may struggle with security costs by means of enhancing cooperation.
