Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge believes the hospitality industry is in “such a bad way”.

The hospitality industry has struggled with staffing numbers since COVID, and now is finding it tough to hire workers.

Colin Fassnidge told Deborah Knight there is “no one left” to work in kitchens after being sent out of Australia.

“It’s not like what you see on TV, it’s oily, it’s greasy, it’s hot,” he said.

“It takes its toll on your body!”
