Clinton Maynard has reacted to the landmark decision by the federal court to rule in favour of a trans woman, Roxanne Tickle, who says she was excluded by a social media app called “Giggles for Girls”.

The Sydney Now host says he has no issue with trans people, but questioned if Ms Tickle needed to use an app aimed at “traditional” women.

“Roxanne Tickle can be whoever she wants to be … and there’s no hatred towards trans people,” he said.
