Eight months after plans emerged for 870 apartments across the road, the NSW Government moved to transform part of Moore Park Golf Course into a public park.

NSW Planning Minister Paul Scully was questioned about whether he knew of the proposed development before the government made its decision on the golf course.

“There’s no conspiracy here,” Scully said.
