The State Government is under-fire over their controversial use of ‘biodiversity credits’.

The credits are compensation for disturbing the local habitat, with that money spent on the environment in other areas. 

Ben Fordham says the amount of money required is grossly inconsistent.

“Who in their right mind would invest in NSW while you have to deal with this stuff?”
