A fancy new Newcastle hotel is looking to pay someone to test out their services.

QT Newcastle wants a hotel connoisseur to invite 40 guests to test out the rooftop floor and their four-course menu.

General Manager Michael Stamboulidis told Deborah Knight the role will span a year.

“We certainly have got a pretty rigorous way of finding the right candidate.”
