Sculpture by the Sea has planted a new outdoor sculpture trail linking towns impacted by the devastating 2020 bushfires.

It strecthes 100 kilometres from Adelong to Tooma and via Batlow.

The trail is funded by the Bushfire Local Economic Recovery Fund.

Sculpture by the Sea founder and CEO David Handley told Deborah Knight the locals influenced him to create a connection to all the towns.

“Speaking to the locals, they said can you have some efforts to link a number of towns,” he said.

“That’s where The Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail really began.”
