Actor and filmmaker Arka Das is shining a light on Western Sydney communities.

The feature film ‘Here Out West’ highlights the culture, food, and emerging creative talent that Western Sydney has to offer.

Arka Das told Deborah Knight the film explores different cultures and showcases the side of Western Sydney the media often neglects.

“We [the actors] realised we have so much in common because of Western Sydney.”
