Treasurer Matt Kean has declared he will be able to work with the party’s conservative MP’s, including David Elliott.

Mr Kean has been elected unopposed after his long-time rival Mr Elliott pulled out of the vote.

The new Deputy Liberal leader told Jim Wilson the pair can work together.

“David brings unique skills to the government … I look forward to continuing to work well with David.”
