More than a dozen people have been charged with nearly 200 offences after police seized cannabis plants, drugs and firearms on the Mid North Coast.

Officers have executed search warrants at 13 properties in the Coffs Harbour area following a large-scale investigation into drug supply in the area.

They seized hundreds of cannabis plants and more than 20kg of cannabis leaf, as well as cocaine, MDMA, ice and 11 firearms and ammunition.

16 people have been arrested, ranging in age from 26 to 62-years-old, and charged with 175 offences.
