Central Stations Night Shift Officer, Reg Agar, has been going above and beyond to return customer’s lost property, from ashes, to envelopes of money, and now a woman’s backpack.

His colleagues know him as the resident ‘Mr Fix It’.

Reg recently saved a woman from panic, after finding her backpack on a Sydney train, he did some investigative work to track the woman down and return her lost property.

“She was so happy, it was a great moment,” Reg told Mark Levy.

“I rung the airport operators and from there it was a matter of being able to get in touch with her late at night.”
