‘Move on’: Ben Fordham weighs in after Scott Morrison censured

Ben Fordham is encouraging the government to “move on” after Scott Morrison defended himself and his legacy following a censure motion.
The former prime minister argued his actions provided a necessary safety net but apologised to people who were upset by his lack of transparency.
“[The speech] was a rallying cry to the Coalition,” Ben Fordham said, “and the message was: be proud of your achievements.”
“After the history lesson we heard from Scott Morrison, any fair observer would have to acknowledge we came through the whole thing pretty well.
“Mr Morrison wants to move on and maybe others should move on too.”
