‘Move on’: Anthony Albanese prioritises election victory over bullying investigation

Ben Fordham

Anthony Albanese has dismissed an investigation into bullying allegations involving Kimberley Kitching.

The Labor leader insists he won’t launch an investigation into the allegations, instead apparently doing what Ms Kitching would want them to do – “moving on, dedicating ourselves to a Labor victory at the next election”.

It follows Bill Shorten’s comment in his eulogy, “Kimberley would want us to unite”.

“It sounds like Albo has grabbed that one comment and now wants to use that as a shield to defend himself,” Ben said.
