Artificial intelligence is set to change the way we work and is expected to be a significant disruption to the job market.

Ross Greenwood speaks to Microsoft’s Director of Industry Engagement and Research Harald Becker ahead of the WORKTECH18 conference on Wednesday.

He tells Ross AI puts “a lot of threat on organisations”.

“If you look at the kids that go to middle school today that are 12, 13 years old, 65% of the jobs that they are going to have when they get into the workplace aren’t even invented yet.

“That means we need to continuously prepare to be on a learning and growth journey.

“We hope from a Microsoft perspective, that we can provide the tools and services to amplify people and empower that work.”
