NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham has a radical idea to shake up NSW politics.

Mark Latham says under the NSW Constitution Act Ministers can come from outside of parliament.

“It’s available to Dominic Perrottet who’s got a cabinet reshuffle coming up very soon and I think it’s a real opportunity.”
