A man has been taken to hospital after suffering multiple stab wounds at a construction site in Sydney’s south.

Just after 11am, emergency services were called to the Meriton apartments on Coward St at Mascot.

They found a 25-year-old man suffering multiple stab wounds to leg.

A 28-year-old man is being questioned by police over the incident.

It’s believed the two men had an argument shortly before the stabbing.

The younger man was treated at the scene before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident comes just a fortnight after a father and son were stabbed at St Peters construction site.
