Man caught dumping chemicals at council clean up

A man has been caught on camera dumping chemicals at a council clean-up north-west of Sydney.
Hydrochloric acid was left in Castlewood Drive at Castle Hill on Australia Day.
A listener has sent Ray Hadley CCTV footage of the unidentified man leaving a 20-litre drum.
