There’s traffic chaos in Sydney’s west this morning following a multi-vehicle accident at Glenmore Park.

The M4 Motorway was closed citybound just after The Northern Road, due to a seven-vehicles crash at about 6am.

A truck, a 4WD and a ute were all involved with two people trapped in their vehicles.

One person – believed to be a man – has been taken to Westmead Hospital, while a woman has been taken to Nepean Hospital as a precaution.

All lanes re-opened at 7.35am but traffic is extremely heavy, queued six kilometres.

Listener Daniel tells Alan Jones the scene doesn’t look good at all.

“There’s about four or five cars involved, strewn across the road.

“There’s two people trapped, one person in a very not good way.”
