Australian War Memorial chair, Dr Brendan Nelson said the best way to honour Anzacs is how Australians continue to “live” life.

Mr Nelson told Ray Hadley on Anzac Day, it’s a time for recommitment to one another and our nation.

“It’s about love and friendship.

“This is what makes us who we are.”
