Independent Senator for Victoria, Lidia Thorpe, has copped a life ban from a strip club.

She was out at 3:00am on the weekend after celebrating a 50th birthday and ended up at Maxine’s Gentlemens Club in Melbourne.

The manager of the venue, David Ross, has told the Daily Mail that her behaviour was “unacceptable” and he has “never seen a racist-inspired problem in [their] club before”.

“Lidia, you need help…what are you doing at a strip joint at 3:00 in the morning?” Ben Fordham said.
