Clinton Maynard has been left pleasantly surprised by the Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Mike Bush’s stance on mandatory sentencing.

The Top Cop’s stance comes as Victoria’s youth crime rate continues to skyrocket.

“These are the best comments I’ve heard from the leader of a police force in years,” he said.
