Jim Wilson has admonished the NSW Government for not fixing a multitude of huge potholes that are endangering motorists and costing people money. 

2GB listeners have been sending Jim images of a number of large potholes seen around Sydney.

Jim has called for the Government to immediately direct road toll resources into road repair.

“Those in cars and on motorbikes are being put at serious risk … we don’t need a fatality before action’s taken,” he said.

“You need to lift your game. If it’s not addressed, someone will die.”

The NSW roads Minister Natalie Ward also joined Jim Wilson, explaining the issue is: “because of the significant amount of water that’s upon these roads”.

“Since that first wave of severe flooding … transport has repaired more than 10,000 potholes on those roads,” she said.

“The challenge is Jim, you can’t fix them while they’re wet.”
