Two legendary sports journalists have joined forces to write a book about great Australian sporting stories.

And they’ve given it a particularly creative name; Great Australian Sporting Stories.

The book delves into 65 original stories about the Super League war, cricket, the Olympics, Kerry Packer and more.

Ray Hadley chats to the two media giants who have know him for his entire broadcasting career.

They share some of the brilliant stories from the book, including one about Kerry Packer.

After winning a lot of money on a horse race, the billionaire repeatedly called the Channel 9 control room and demanded they keep replaying it.
