Proposed laws to block paedophiles from stashing money in their superannuation aren’t “up to scratch”, experts say.
Convicted paedophiles have long been able to avoid paying damages to their victims by hiding assets in superannuation funds.

Andrew Carpenter, a senior associate at Websters Lawyers, told Ray Hadley he has submitted a document to the federal government on what changes need to be made in order to close the loopholes.
