Lane Cove Council is set for a busy Thursday evening as a group of nine councillors look to make their mark on the Voice to Parliament a tad early, with the group to confirm their support in a vote tonight.

However, concerns have been raised over the likelihood of ratepayer money being used if the motion on Thursday evening is successful in supporting the Voice.

Liberal MP Anthony Roberts took a closer look at the matter on Drive With Chris O’Keefe.

“I’d prefer my councillors to be ensuring my footpaths are fixed,” he said.
