Labor MP opens up on skin cancer diagnosis

Opposition Treasury spokesman Jim Chalmers is urging Australians to get their skin checked after opening up about his cancer scare.
He told Ray Hadley he was hesitant about going public with his diagnosis but decided spreading awareness was crucial.
“I made a mistake about leaving it go as long as I did.
“I was complacent about it and complacency is the enemy here.”
