NSW Labor Leader Chris Minns has credit confusion between coordination and response times as to why NSW is struggling with flood responses.

The Labor Leader told Jim Wilson, “communication needs to be perfect”.

“Part of the disappointing thing over the last 72 hours is there seem to be many people responsible.”

Wild weather is destroying areas all over Sydney and frustration is growing amid rapid concerns.

Mr Minns said, “we need one person responsible so that communication can come in and out from a central point.”
