Labor cutting free mental health services in half

A peak body for psychologists is urging the federal government to reconsider it’s decision to halve subsidised mental health sessions.

From Sunday, medicare-funded services will be reduced from 20 per year, to ten.

Australian Clinical Psychology president Professor Caroline Hunt told Mark Levy these services are in dire need in the new year.
