FM radio personality Kyle Sandilands has made the switch to AM this afternoon and it may not be a one-off.

Kyle’s visit may have shocked Ben Fordham but it also came as a surprise to Macquarie Media CEO Adam Lang, who was Kyle’s old boss.

Mr Lang came into the studio mid-interview, touching on the moment Kyle was sent to see an ethics professor…

Ben: “Why did you send him off to the ethic’s expert?”

Mr Lang: “Well, it was both of us, really.”

When it comes to his radio career, Kyle says he’s happy where he is for now but isn’t ruling out securing a slot on 2GB.

“It might surprise you that one of the owners of this joint has said whenever I want to come and work here they’ll make a spot available,” Kyle says.

Kyle also tells Ben he’ll be hosting a charity fundraiser on Thursday, October 18 for the Zambi Wildlife Retreat, an organisation which fosters unwanted or retired cats like tigers and lions.
