A newborn baby has died after being fatally attacked by 2 dogs.

5-week-old Mia Jade Riley was at her grandfather’s house in Moruya when 2 rottweilers managed to approach the sleeping baby in her bouncer.

When one of the parents found her she had suffered head and facial injuries and shortly after she lost her life.

Dr Rob Zammit told Ben Fordham, children under twelve should not be left for “one moment unsupervised”.
