Alice Springs resident Rachel has shared the “gruesome reality” of the chaos crippling the town.

The single mother and former nurse filmed several violent incidents on Friday night in Alice Springs.

She’s told Ben Fordham:

“I knew I had to film because no one is capturing anything,” Rachel said.

“For the first time in my life, I was actually scared.”
