‘Just do it’ – NSW govt set to introduce strict bail laws for DV offenders

Ray talked about the NSW Cabinet approving measures where serious domestic violence offenders would face a presumption against bail. If granted bail, offenders would be subject to electronic monitoring.
Bail determinations will also exclusively be made by magistrates.
