Legendary Aussie singer Jon Stevens is sharing a very important and serious message.

After finding a anomaly in his heart in 2009, Jon has teamed up with the Heart Foundation, to support today’s ‘Give with Heart Day’.

Jon told Jim Wilson he wants to do everything he can to save others from heart disease.
