NRMA Spokesperson Peter Khoury has told Jim Wilson Aussie motorists should brace themselves for soaring petrol prices.

“We have to brace ourselves for a significant petrol shock at the bowser like nothing we’ve ever seen before,” he said.

“We wish we had better news for you but it’s going to get worse.”

Jim Wilson has expressed his disappointment with Anthony Albanese for not committing to anything when it comes to cutting the fuel excise.

Jim said, “It baffles me that each-way Albo isn’t willing to put his hand up and say he’ll help Aussies ease the cost of living pressures.

“Especially when our own government has ruled it out too, what a great opportunity for him to actually stand for something and help people ease some of the financial burdens.”
