Senator and former Major General Jim Molan believe Labor boats will restart if the Labor government comes into power.

Labor has stated they don’t support temporary protection visas.

However, Labor’s immigration spokeswoman Kristina Keneally is reportedly telling refugee activists that she would “welcome an approach to end offshore processing”.

Jim Molan told Jim Wilson boats will attempt to make their way into Australia without going through the proper process.

“If we don’t keep the three legs, turnbacks, offshore processing, and temporary protection visas then the boats will start again,” he said.
