Liberal MP Jason Falinski and independent candidate Dr Sophie Scamps have debated the issues facing Mackellar residents.

Dr Scamps, a candidate backed by Climate 200, confirmed to Ben Fordham Simon Holmes a Court will donate $700,000 to her campaign.

The pair were asked their opinions on the northern beaches tunnel and a federal ICAC.
