Superstar five-eighth Jarome Luai and powerhouse prop Junior Paulo have revealed the mindset and mentality in the Blues camp ahead of Game one.

The QLD Maroons and NSW Blues will clash in their 41st matchup next Wednesday night at Accor Stadium, Sydney.

Jarome Luai told 2GB reporter Spiro Christopoulos he is most looking forward to playing with the new teammates.

“I’m excited to meet those boys … they’re awesome dudes and I can’t wait to form some sort of combination with them,” Luai said.

Junior Paulo said his leadership will factor within the Blues side.

“These previous camps I’ve come into have really helped shape the leadership role I play.”
