Senator Jacqui Lambie has asked the International Criminal Court to investigate the Australian Defence Force.

Lambie said the ADF needed to look into itself or have The Hague do it after a tumultuous few years in the spotlight.

“If you’re not going to look at yourself, then by bloody oath I’ll make sure you’re looked at”, she warned the ADF’s top brass.
