‘It’s disgraceful’: Pauline Hanson attacks the government’s ‘sheer arrogance’

Pauline Hanson is continuing to attack the federal government after it again blocked her bill seeking to help dairy farmers.

The One Nation leader reintroduced the legislation on Monday, with the support of Labor, the Greens and Jacquie Lambie.

But the government, along with three crossbenchers, shut down debate on whether there should be a minimum milk price for farmers.

Senator Hanson tells Alan Jones she’s “so angry about this” and won’t give up.

“They haven’t got the backbone to stand up and support the farmers out there who are doing it bloody tough.

“We’re losing this industry that’s important to our food security and communities because of the amount of money they put back into it.

“It’s disgraceful, the sheer arrogance of these bastards.”
