‘It’s a contact sport!’: Was Teig Wilton’s tackle on Mitchell Moses too dangerous for the NRL?

Adam Hawse

WWOS host Mark Levy and co-host Paul Gallen have clashed over the tackle by Sharks star Teig Wilton on Eels halfback Mitchell Moses.

The Eels superstar was on the receiving end of a nasty tackle from Teig Wilton, flipping him while he attempted a kick.

The Sharks backrower has since received a one-week suspension amid calls he was targeted in the Round 2 clash.

Paul Gallen told Mark Levy, “I’m actually surprised he got charged!”.

“It wasn’t a sin bin at all!”

Mark Levy said, “You can’t be serious?”
