A sacked Girl Guides CEO is speaking out against cancel culture after she was let go for her views on gender identity.

Karyn Lisignoli was dumped just days into her new job as chief executive of Girl Guides Western Australia after seeking legal ­advice on changing the membership rules to “biological females”.

Ms Lisignoli told Ben Fordham it’s a “crucial human rights issue”.

“It was really concerning to me that instead of promoting and pushing for the biological rights of girls and young women we were actually pandering to this ideology.”
