Oxford Street shopkeepers are fired up over the planned cycleway down Oxford St, Paddington.

“It was almost a riot,” Business owner Ben Lucas from Flow Athletic said of the heated meeting of shopkeepers.

He said the shopkeepers were working seven days a week to “try and stay alive” after only surviving the past three years by the “skin of our teeth” and the cycleway is not needed and could “put us out of action for good”.
