Australian Kangaroos Head Coach Mal Meninga is remaining tight-lipped about who will play halfback at The World Cup.

Nathan Cleary and Daly Cherry-Evans are fighting to prove they are the best man for the job.

Meninga told Ben Fordham he doesn’t know yet who it will be.

“It could be both, Ben!

“We’ll make a decision based on performance.”
