A medical expert is calling on the state government to reassess restrictions, 10 weeks into Sydney’s lockdown.

UNSW Immunologist Greg Dore told Ben Fordham restrictions should be eased outdoors.

“I’d be in favour of having the same sort of rules right across the city, but I think we should not limit recreation time for those in high caseload LGAs.

“I think it’s too strict … it’s not really stopping a significant number of transmissions anyway.”
