Tonight India became the first nation to land an spacecraft on the Moon’s south pole, and just the fourth nation to land on the moon at all.

But, what caught John Stanley’s eye was the budget for the mission… which puts some costs here in Australia to shame.

Nine News Europe Correspondent Edward Godfrey told John Stanley that Russia attempted to make the same journey recently, but was not successful.
