Population and Immigration Expert, Abul Rizvi, has discussed the rising number of asylum seekers arriving by plane, amid concerns regarding boat arrivals. 

“The reality is, the Boats have actually stopped, and the main reason they stopped was because Kevin Rudd reintroduced offshore processing”, Rizvi said.
