‘I’m terrified’ – Disability advocate about to lose NDIS support

The Federal Government is under pressure to clean up the National Disability Insurance Scheme, but as Labor moves to cut unnecessary spending, innocent people who rely on the NDIS are being impacted.
Sophie is one of them. The 27-year-old lives with cerebral palsy and hearing loss, which requires around-the-clock care.
On Saturday, Sophie’s current NDIS support worker funding is due to completely run out.
