Radical climate protesters have publicly stated their intention to cause mass disruptions across Sydney starting on Monday.

NSW Police believe the actions will target roads, rail, ports and major infrastructure.

Detective Superintendent Tim Beattie joined to Jim Wilson to detail how police are preparing for the protests.

“We’ll have all our resources available and active in the high-visibility areas.”

He also urged the public to support the police operation to quell the disruption.

“If you see anything suspicious you’ve got to report it to police immediately,” he said.
