A neurosurgeon who appeared to criticise the controversial Dr Charlie Teo has now backflipped.

Professor Mark Souweidane appeared on a 60 Minutes investigation which featured aired claims from patients that Dr Teo caused them more harm than good.

An email since sent to Dr Teo from Professor Souweidane has been obtained by Ben Fordham Live.

“I respect you,” Professor Souweidane writes, “The realm of the uncharted territories in neurosurgery is a place of solitude”.
